I'm not going to lie,

drinking all of this bottled water is making me feel a little bit like a movie star.

My mom n dad just came down from Williams Lake so my dad could get some cancerous things scraped off and treated... and they brought me two water coolers that they filled with tap water from WL.. I am SOOO HAPPY to be drinking water again, 'cause I'm just too lazy to boil, and bottled water always seemed so $$$ that I'd just buy a juice instead.

Parents rock.

We bought a bunch of bottled stuff in the beginning, and snagged a stray 18.5L jug of water that was accidentaly delivered to our building in the spring and has been used to prop doors open ever since. It was a good score. Now that stuff has all run out, and we're boiling water and then running it (once cooled) through the brita. Seems okay.

Parents picked me up from the airport bearing 2 cases of bottled water. Cool in an odd sort of way.

If I have to run to the store to buy one more bloody bottle of water I will move back to Alberta - and that's about as extreme as I can get!!!

We seem to only be able to find one or 1.5 litre bottles, and even when I buy an armload, they don't last long.

i've given l. connaughton the duty of bringing me water from delta tomorrow. kepler and i have just about gone through the 18.5L jug and i don't see myself being able to fill it up at safeway and somehow get it back to the house. oh, and safeway IS filling the bottles now. apparently it's only $2.99 or something to fill the 18.5L jug. hit that shit up!

I'm not going to pay money for any more water. I like the boil then run through the brita system we've got. The water tastes fine, and I let it boil for around 10 minutes, so I'm sure it's more than safe.

My parents brought a bigass jug of distilled water down and left it here.

So amidst the boxes, I have a jug sitting. Although out here, we were never under a boil water advisory.
